Gov. Phil Bredesen to lecture on health reform

The Vanderbilt University School of Nursing Centennial Lecture Series presents "Health Reform — An Unfinished Business" by Gov. Phil Bredesen.

Former Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen, known for his bipartisan approach to problem-solving and careful fiscal management, has a wealth of health care experience in both private and public sectors.

Bredesen is the author of "Fresh Medicine: How to Fix Reform and Build a Sustainable Health Care System" and is a national speaker on health reform and political leadership. He was recently elected to membership in the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
