Babies with hearing loss needed for study
The Auditory Development Lab of the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences at Vanderbilt University is recruiting infants with hearing loss, from ages 12 to 24 months, to participate in a research study that examines how visual and auditory cues help infants learn about objects.
This study will involve one visit to the lab's playroom for 30 minutes. Participating children will be asked to play with some toys that will provide auditory and visual reinforcement. During the visit, free parking is provided. A T-shirt, toy or book, as well as $25 will be given to participants.
