Dayani Center hosting cooking class Wednesday, May 8

The Vanderbilt Dayani Center is hosting a cooking class at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 8.

The planned menu includes:

· Strawberry & goat cheese farro salad
· Asparagus & salmon spring rolls
· Grilled tofu & veggies
· Raw beet & Jicama salad
