Children's Miracle Network 30th annual telethon is Sunday, June 2
Since 1983 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals have partnered with local TV stations across North America to air its annual telethon. Telethons have provided the means to recognize partners and raise funds and awareness for children’s hospitals. No longer a 21-hour event, hospitals now air national segments along with four hours of local programming.
WTVF-TV (CBS) NewsChannel 5 has been our local television host since 1984, and its staff members have worked countless hours for its success.
Our 30th Annual CMN Telethon will take place on Sunday, June 2, 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Programming will feature inspiring stories of courageous young patients and their families and caregivers.
The telethon is also an opportunity to publicly thank the amazing corporate partners who host campaigns, events and programs in their stores throughout the year to raise funds for Children’s Hospital.
Viewers have the opportunity to donate via phone call, text message or online.
All proceeds benefit the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
