Benign Urologic Diseases Scientific Retreat and Poster Competition to be Wednesday, June 26
The Vanderbilt Center for Benign and Urologic Diseases hosts Scientific Retreat 2013, a daylong symposium to bring together experts dedicated to furthering the understanding of this condition, which affects millions of American men and women over age 50.
The retreat will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Vanderbilt Student Life Center in the Board of Trust Room.
Keynote speakers include Scott Lucia, M.D., director of the Prostate Diagnostic Laboratory at the University of Colorado, and David Bernlohr, Ph.D., professor and head of the Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biophysics at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
