Health Plus has July boot camps
Boot camp classes will be added to the group fitness schedule for Health Plus in July on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 5:15 to 6 a.m. Boot camp has all components of fitness (cardio, strength and flexibility). While these classes are challenging, the instructor will show modifications for the more challenging exercises. All levels are welcome and encouraged to participate at their own pace and modify as needed.
Instructors Deborah Ward and Micah McGinnis will be teaching the Monday and Wednesday classes, respectively.
