Start! program helps with exercise tracking, motivation
More than 9,000 Vanderbilt faculty and staff track their activity in the Start! Physical Activity program.
Participants walk or do another activity that they enjoy with more than 50 activity options to choose from. Those who meet the activity goal for each of the four Challenges win prizes, and participation can be alone or with co-workers. A bi-weekly motivational e-mail is offered to help you succeed.
