Dayani Center to hold gluten- and dairy-free cooking class, Thursday, Jan. 9

A cooking class for those interested in learning how to cook nutritious gluten- and dairy-free meals will be held Thursday, Jan. 9, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Vanderbilt Dayani Center.

The class will be conducted by Jennifer Varner and Julie Engle, Vanderbilt dietetic interns.

Cost for the class is $15 and a reservation is required. Reservations may be made by emailing Jennifer.Moore@Vanderbilt.edu by Jan. 7.
