Half-marathon and 5K to close streets near campus, Saturday, Sept. 27

The Women's Running Nashville Half Marathon and 5K will be held this Saturday, Sept. 27, and will lead to road closures all around the Vanderbilt campus that morning. Those planning to come to campus Saturday morning will need to take an alternate route to avoid delays and roadblocks.

Those coming to campus should avoid using I-440. West End Avenue will be closed at 31st Avenue S. until 9:30 a.m. Vehicles on West End will be allowed to pass at the discretion of traffic control officers, and lengthy delays may occur.

The preferred route to campus is to use I-40/65 and take the Broadway exit, 209A-B, then turn west on Broadway/West End to your campus destination.
