Master of Public Health Program applications deadline is March 1
The Vanderbilt Master of Public Health (MPH) Program is accepting applications to the Epidemiology track for fall 2015. The application deadline is March 1.
The Vanderbilt MPH Program is an accredited two-year, interdisciplinary graduate program. It includes didactic course work, a practicum and mentored research. The Epidemiology track seeks students who have a strong clinical background — typically physicians or other doctorally qualified professionals — and provides them with additional training that fosters their development as public health scientists or professionals. The required thesis is in the form of a manuscript suitable for publication.
Courses include: Epidemiology I and II, Biostatistics I and II, Research Ethics, Protocol Development, Decision Analysis, Program and Policy Evaluation and Grant Writing.
