Guest Services holds Gold Coat ceremony

Recently, Guest Services presented Gold Coats to the newest employees who graduated from the Gold Standards Training Program.

The 90-day program consists of training in topics such as patient information, patient privacy, customer service and compassion. Employees are trained by department leadership, using classroom training, job-shadowing, observation and assessments.
