Quality, Safety and Risk Prevention announces iPad winner
Michal Kautzman of Hearing and Speech was drawn as the winner of the iPad Air2 that the Quality, Safety and Risk Prevention Department gave away as part of its 16-week series of Survey Readiness quizzes.
The department said that 3,679 people participated in the weekly quizzes, and each weekly winner received a $50 gift certificate to merchants such as Mapco and Target.
To be eligible to win the iPad Air2, the individual must have been a previous week’s winner and participated in 8 out of the 16 quizzes.
