What have you heard about a new clinical system coming by 2018?
Before the clinical system vendor is announced, come learn about the evaluation process that has gotten us where we are today and understand how the final decisions are being made. This is an opportunity to hear the latest news and answer questions your colleagues may have.
More than 750 Vanderbilt University Medical Center leaders and staff have participated in the process to date, contributing thousands of hours of time beyond their “day jobs” to help us make the best vendor decision. In the past week, volunteer CS 2.0 Ambassadors have begun meeting with departments and clinics throughout VUMC to gather information about their specific communication needs.
The challenge is not only how to meet today’s needs, but how to strengthen our ability to serve patients in the changing health care environment five, 10, and 20 years from now. This is a chance to get the latest, breaking news and to find out how you can be involved in the process.
