VU/VUMC transition updates for Cores

As part of the VU-VUMC transition, the single C.O.R.E.S. billing system has been separated into two systems effective Jan. 7, 2016:  VUMC-C.O.R.E.S. and VU-C.O.R.E.S.  In addition, beginning in March 2016, several VUMC cores will begin to use iLab Solutions.  For a list of all cores, which system they will be using and other information about cores and the VU-VUMC transition, please refer to the FAQs in the VUMC Office of Research website

To help you through this multi-system transition, training sessions for all iLab/CORES users are available:

VUMC Users

Users from all departments are encouraged to attend iLab/CORES training sessions, as all PIs from both VU and VUMC will retain access to all core facilities and billing systems.    

In addition to the specific training dates listed above, beginning in February, weekly walk-in clinics will be held for anyone who uses C.O.R.E.S or iLab.  Weekly clinics will take place every Monday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in MCN D-2221.
