Vanderbilt Dayani Center offers exercise classes and individual attention

Those who need to exercise, but don't feel comfortable in a regular gym because of a medical condition, need a warm water pool or prefer individual instruction are welcome at the Vanderbilt Dayani Center for Health and Wellness.

The Dayani staff of clinical exercise physiologists will design an exercise program that works for you, no matter what challenges you may face. The certified group fitness instructors can help members improve balance, reduce stress, gain strength and lose weight. Classes include QiGong, Yoga, Zumba, Group Cycling, Balance and Tone and 14 different aqua sessions taught in the Dayani Center's warm-water swimming pool.
