Clothes Closet needs donations of men's coats, hoodies, more

The Vanderbilt Clothes Closet, which provides clothes for patients in need who are being discharged, is in need of men's coats, jackets and hoodies, as well and men's sweat pants, running pants, jeans and shorts, said Peggy Buchanan, Lead Guest Service Representative for Hospital Guest Services, who oversees the Clothes Closet.

No women's wear is  needed at this time, she added.

Items may be dropped off at the first floor Information desk in the Vanderbilt University Adult Hospital seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Buchanan requested that donors place their name and address on bags or boxes, so that a thank you can be sent.
