Dayani Center offers "Mindful Movement" classes on Tuesdays
Do you need help recovering from holiday stress or a way to unwind after a long day? The Dayani Center at Vanderbilt is now offering "Mindful Movement" on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:25 p.m.
This class uses gentle exercise, passive stretching and yoga poses to calm frayed nerves and relax tight muscles. No yoga experience is necessary. Class passes are available for $10/class.
