Eskind Library seeks user feedback for new library platform
The Vanderbilt Libraries are currently evaluating four Library Services Platforms in anticipation of replacing the existing system in 2018. Eskind Biomedical Library is advocating for a system that is customizable and responsive to the needs of the library's unique users, and is seeking input during this evaluation process.
The library has listed several examples of other medical/health sciences libraries from the participating vendors at http://researchguides.library.vanderbilt.edu/uifeedback. Given the demands of Eskind's users, the library is offering multiple opportunities to provide feedback on the four vendor platforms listed below. Ideally, the library wants to speak to library users in a focus group-type setting. but can also meet one-on-one in person or document comments via phone or email. Contact information is available at http://researchguides.library.vanderbilt.edu/uifeedback.
Libraray staff also appreciate any comments on the former, current, and future Eskind Library websites. An anonymous form is available at http://researchguides.library.vanderbilt.edu/uifeedback.
