Spring Wellness Series at Dayani includes self-massage, aquatic exercise

Massage can be soothing and may help heal sore muscles and reduce chronic pain and swelling. You can learn "The Art of Self Massage" during the Vanderbilt Dayani Center's upcoming Spring Wellness Series. Sessions are on Thursday, March 16, from 4:15-5 p.m. and Thursday, March 23, from 10:15-11 a.m.

The wellness series also includes "Aquatic Exercise Options" on Saturday, March 13 from 9-9:45 a.m. and on Wednesday, March 15, from 11:30 a.m. -12:15 p.m. Whether you are looking for ideas to add to your current aqua routine or would like to enhance your land program with a pool workout, this interactive class will give teach you how to use the unique properties of water to achieve the fitness results you desire.
