Renovation project in Medical Center North closes corridor

Beginning Tuesday April 18, the second floor S corridor in Medical Center North (MCN) will be closed at the intersection of the S and D corridors for approximately nine months during the renovation of space for the new Clinical Research Center in that area.

Patient and Visitor access to the Round Wing Programs will be via Round Wing elevators No. 10 and No. 11 from the first floor. These elevators will not stop on the second floor until construction is complete.

Visitors who arrive via the second floor will be directed with posted signs to use MCN elevator No. 5 to the first floor for access to elevators Nos. 10 and 11. Elevator No. 5 will only travel between the first and second floors until construction is complete.

Additional signage will be posted along the first floor tunnel from Vanderbilt University Adult Hospital and other locations in MCN. For more information contact Josh Arnett at 615-571-9716 or Keith Jones at 615-308-0382.
