Yoga for Sleep class begins June 29

Yoga for Sleep class at the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine runs June 29 through July 27 with Amanda Wentworth, E-RYT-500, CRYT.

The class will meet on Thursdays from 4-5 p.m. at the Osher Center, 3401 West End Ave., Suite 380.

Sleep is a vital aspect of our well-being and vitality. Sleep disturbances can affect our energy level, immune system and pain response, our mood and thinking, and our overall ability to cope with illnesses and stressors in daily life.

The class costs $60 for the 5 week session. It is suitable for any individuals with sleep challenges ranging from restless sleep to frequent waking and insomnia.
