Vanderbilt University School of Nursing Sponsors Annual Pink Out Basketball Game, Sunday, Feb. 14
Vanderbilt University School of Nursing is the official game sponsor of the annual Pink Out basketball game on Sunday, Feb. 14.
Bring your sweethearts to support the Vanderbilt Commodores women’s basketball team as they take on the Kentucky Wildcats at 5 p.m. in Memorial Gym and support breast cancer awareness and research at the same time.
The game is part of the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association’s “Pink Zone Week,” with more than 1,500 participating schools and organizations across the country. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to emphasize the need for breast cancer research.
The first 40 alumni from VUSN who register to attend the game will receive a free ticket and an invitation to the pre-game reception in the Admirals Room with VUSN Dean Colleen Conway-Welch, Ph.D., R.N. These tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis, so make your reservations today by contacting:
VUSN director of Alumni Relations
Additional tickets will be available to alumni at a discounted price by contacting Rebecca Kelley in Group Ticket Sales at 343-6010.
