The Vanderbilt Medical Center Auxiliary Gift Shop Presents a Valentine’s Day Flower Sale

The Vanderbilt Auxiliary Gift Shop is now accepting advance orders for a half-dozen or a dozen long stem roses for Valentine’s Day, Sunday, Feb. 14. Your flower order will be available for pickup at the VUH Gift Shop on Friday, Feb. 12, noon - 10 p.m. The Gift Shop is also open on Saturday and Sunday from noon until 5 p.m. for flower pickup.

All advance orders must be received by 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11. If you would like to place an advance order for roses, please visit the VUH Gift Shop, conveniently located on the second floor of the hospital, or call 322-3422. 

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or cash is accepted.


Flowers Not Your Thing For Valentine’s Day?

The VUH Gift Shop offers many other Valentine’s Day gift items, including candy, jewelry, stuffed animals, trinket boxes and many other items including discount movie tickets for Regal and Carmike Cinemas.

Bring your sweethearts to support the Commodores as they take on the Kentucky Wildcats and support breast cancer awareness and research at the same time. The game is part of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's "Pink Zone Week," with more than 1,500 participating schools and organizations across the country. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to emphasize the need for breast cancer research.

The Vanderbilt Women’s Basketball Game will be at 5 p.m. in Memorial Gym on Valentine’s Day, Sunday, Feb.14. The Lady Commodores are encouraging all fans to wear pink Vanderbilt attire to the game. To purchase tickets, call 322-GOLD. The Gift Shop still has some pink items available in limited quantities at a 25 percent discount. Show your support for the Lady Commodores and breast cancer awareness by wearing pink at the game.
