New Health Plus Class Focuses on Cardio, Strength, Core and Flexibility
Health Plus will introduce a new six-week class called Learn-Move-Live, on Friday, April 9, at 11:30 a.m.
Come meet the instructor and learn how this class can help you build good movement habits.
This program includes a personal assessment with the program instructor, and an easy to follow workbook. In six weeks you will learn all the components of a well balanced fitness program - cardio, strength, core and flexibility. Print a flyer to post.
