Vanderbilt Kennedy Center Hosts a Community Forum, "Coping After the Flood," Wednesday, May 26, 6 p.m.
Vanderbilt Kennedy Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities will host a community forum next week, “Coping After the Flood.”
The discussion will be directed at individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, and participants will share how they have managed following a natural disaster, and will discuss community resources that can help others cope with the stress and disruption they might be experiencing.
The forum will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 26, in room 241 of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center.
The Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee are co-sponsors.
