Occupational Health Clinic's Smooth Moves Safe Patient Handling Champion Class
The Smooth Moves Program is offered by the Vanderbilt University Medical Center Department of Nursing Education and Development and the Occupational Health Clinic. This program offers 4 contact hours.
The Occupational Health Clinic’s Smooth Moves Champion Class is designed to train selected champions who serve as consultants to their co-workers and use their skill to provide ongoing training to the unit staff. Champions attend a 4-hour class to become experts at safe patient handling.
