Teammates for Survivors Educates Childhood Cancer Survivors and their Families about Physical Fitness and Nutrition Sept. 25
Vanderbilt’s REACH for Survivorship Clinic and the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt are hosting Teammates for Survivors on Saturday, Sept. 25, during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
The event, funded by the Garth Brooks Teammates for Kids Foundation, will educate childhood cancer survivors and their families about physical fitness and nutrition.
The free program will include games, crafts and nutrition activities. The event takes place at the Student Recreation Center. Great giveaways, lunch and free parking will be provided.
