Vanderbilt Researchers Need Participants at Risk for Alzheimer's Disease

At risk for Alzheimer’s disease?

If you feel that your memory is not as good as it should be for your age, you may qualify for a research study involving those at risk for Alzheimer’s disease. (This study is not for those who already have a diagnosis).

To qualify you must be right handed, age 40 to 85 and in generally good health. You cannot have metal implants, clips, pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices or claustrophobia because an MRI and fMRI is part of the study. All study tests, procedures and medications are provided at no cost.

For more information, please contact the research coordinator Barbee Smith at 343-2009 or e-mail barbee.smith@vanderbilt.edu.
