Upcoming Communications Regarding Completion of Annual Compliance Modules for 2011 Evaluations

Dear staff member,
On Thursday, Sept. 30, you will receive three separate e-mail notifications containing instructions on how to access and complete your annual compliance modules for 2011 annual evaluations.

All requirements will be in the Learning Exchange and your completion date will automatically transfer to the Vanderbilt Performance Evaluation System (VPES) for annual performance evaluations.


The following modules are required to be completed prior to April 1, 2011:
E-mail One: Office of Compliance and Corporate Integrity
Standards of Conduct 2010‐2011 (interactive web module)


E-mail Two: Privacy Office
Privacy and Information Security (HIPAA) 2010‐2011 (interactive web module with 10 question quiz)


E-mail Three: HR Policies and Individual Acknowledgment Statements
(PDF review and one question acknowledgement per policy)
