Flood-Damaged Homeowners May Qualify for a Grant of Materials to Help Rebuild Through Hands on Nashville
Hands On Nashville is partnering with Rebuilding Together Nashville to restore flood-damaged homes for low-income homeowners.
Volunteers are at the heart of this effort. If a person's home was severely damaged they may qualify for a $10,000 dollar grant/gift of materials to be used to help rebuild. This is not a cash gift but a gift of materials and then getting the homeowner on the list with Hands on Nashville and Rebuilding Together Nashville for volunteers to come and help do work at a person's home. Hands on Nashville is committed to helping rebuild 75 homes. They still have room for approximately 25 more candidates.
