Orthopaedic Fitness Center is Adding More Exercise Classes Beginning Nov. 1
Due to demand, the Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Institute Fitness Center is adding an early morning boot camp class.
Now with a 5:45 a.m. class on Mondays and Fridays, you have another opportunity to burn calories, get stronger and feel better.
Boot Camp classes are perfect for anyone who is looking to start a new exercise program or enhance their current exercise routine. Plus, they are perfect for any fitness level. Remember you can always try class for free for one week before committing and you don’t have to be a member to participate.
