During his 30-year career in health services research in the private sector and academic medicine, Keckley has stood out as a health economist and policy expert and is considered one of the country's leading authorities on U.S. health reform.

Keckley has testified before Congress and recently facilitated a series of meetings for the White House Office of Health Reform to identify mechanisms to reduce costs without compromising quality and access. He is a regular contributor to CNN and Fox News health reform coverage.
