Customer Service and Front Line Training Series Offered by Work/Life Connections-EAP

The Career Ladder Series is for anyone wanting to sharpen customer service skills and is great for front line staff. Take one or take them all. Each class qualifies as a customer service class for the PSR career ladder advancement - 1 contact hour each.


Tuesday, Jan. 18, Encountering the Distressed Customer
Tuesday, Jan. 25, Difficult Conversations
Thursday, Jan. 27, Resolving Conflict

7:30-8:30 a.m. in Medical Arts Building, room 029
Space is limited to 10 participants per class.


To register for Work/Life Connections-EAP classes:
1) Find the classes you are interested in.
2) Find out when it is offered.
3) Sign up through the Learning Exchange (LMS)
a. Type in your VU Net ID and password
b. Go to the Events Calendar on the right hand side of the page and click it.
c. Then, pick the class you want on the date listed.
