New Health Plus Group Fitness Class 101 Teaches the Basics
Group Fitness 101 is a new class that will teach the basics of strength training, step aerobics, and bosu and provide the basic choreography found in a step, bosu or body shaping class.
This class will meet on Monday and Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. in the Health Plus conference room next to the front desk. No need to sign up, just show up.
