After serving more than 28 years as dean of the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing (VUSN), and as the second longest sitting dean of any U.S. nursing school, Colleen Conway-Welch, Ph.D., C.N.M., the Nancy and Hilliard Professor of Nursing and a national leader in nursing education, will retire from this role at the end of the academic year. Disney television personality Coco Jones will be the featured performer at this year's Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins Family Day in Nashville. The annual T.J. Martell Foundation event, which raises funds in support of cancer research at institutions like Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, will be held Sunday, Nov. 11, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Curb Event Center, Belmont University.
