Are you always sleepy and seem to be fighting to stay awake on the job or while driving your car?

Researchers say not getting enough sleep is an epidemic - at least 50 percent of people are sleepy at some point during any given week.

Doctors at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, are learning that sleep deprivation negatively impacts the brain. Barb Cramer has the story in this Vanderbilt video news release.
