Vanderbilt Medical and Nursing Students to Hold Flu Vaccine Clinic for Nolensville Pike Community

Students from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and Vanderbilt University School of Nursing are working together to conduct a flu vaccine clinic on Saturday, Oct. 31, starting at 3:30 p.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, located at 3112 Nolensville Pike.

The students are holding the flu vaccine clinic to help protect members of the Nolensville Pike community from the seasonal influenza. More than 200 members of the church and surrounding community are expected to show up to receive a free flu shot.

While Vanderbilt’s medical and nursing students donate their time, vaccine for the uninsured and underinsured at this event is funded by a grant from the One Hundred Oaks Community Grant Foundation.

WHAT: Vanderbilt Medical and Nursing students to administer free flu shots to medically uninsured or underinsured from the Nolensville Pike area.

WHERE: Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, located at 3112 Nolensville Pike, 37211
