Is one type of fat better than another when it comes to losing weight? That is a question Vanderbilt University Medical Center researchers want to answer.Many studies have looked at reducing calorie intake or changing to low fat, low carbs, or high protein diets.
But researchers in Nashville, Tennessee, are asking - to lose weight, is it the amount of fat or the type of fat that makes the difference.
