A sense of community and gratitude surrounding the miracle of organ donation and transplantation keeps many VUMC transplant recipients coming back to Nashville each year for this celebration reuniting patients with the physicians and staff of the Vanderbilt Transplant Center.

VUMC transplant recipients and their families who have received new hearts, lungs, kidneys, kidney-pancreas and livers will be in attendance.

The event, at the corner of 21st Avenue South and Edgehill Avenue (across from the University School of Nashville), will include catered lunch, games, activities for all ages, photos, music and health screenings.
