'Radical' Plan Saves Young Musician's Dream
July 20, 2009It was a small cut that could end a dream for a young violinist. A knife cut to his hand might affect his ability to ever use his fingers again. But a doctor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, using a “radical” plan, helped the boy return to a normal life and playing the violin.
