Vanderbilt Podiatry Skyline is relocating

Vanderbilt Podiatry at Skyline is relocating to Podiatry inside the Vanderbilt Eskind Diabetes Clinic and Podiatry inside Vanderbilt Orthopaedics Cool Springs effective January 2, 2008. We will continue seeing patients at the Skyline office through Friday, December 21, 2007. If you have a scheduled appointment at the Skyline office after December 21, 2007, we will contact you prior to December 17, 2007 to move that appointment to the clinic location of your choice.

Podiatry at Eskind Diabetes Clinic and Vanderbilt Orthopaedics Cool Springs will offer the same high quality care you have enjoyed at the Skyline location. Vanderbilt Eskind Diabetes Clinic offers free valet parking for patients and the Vanderbilt Orthopaedics Cool Springs Clinic offers free parking right outside of the office for your convenience. The providers and staff look forward to continuing your foot care at these new facilities.
We understand that any change to your healthcare can be challenging. Our staff is available at 615-312-4219 to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding the location change and your continued plan of care. We are committed to providing you with excellent care and look forward to seeing you at one of our new offices.
