photo of Dr. ObremskeyDr. Obremskey joined the faculty at Vanderbilt in September, 2002. Dr. Obremskey functions as Associate Professor and Director of Orthopaedic Trauma Resident Education and Clinical Research. He completed his residency training at the University of Washington/Harborview Medical Center and then spent 3 years with the United States Air Force in Tuscon, AZ. He then completed an AO Fellowship in Basel, Switzerland in Trauma Reconstruction. He spent 5 years at the University of North Carolina, prior to joining the Vanderbilt faculty.

Dr. Obremskey’s research interests are in high-quality, well-designed, clinical outcome projects. Vanderbilt has become the lead center and is participating in several international and national multi-center research endeavors.
