2008 ANNUAL STAFF AWARDS CEREMONY

  1. Employee Recognition Award
    20 awards are given each year, with ceremonies in the Fall and Spring.  Criteria for eligibility are: 
    1. All staff other than Managers and Assistant Managers
    2. Nominees should have displayed exceptional behavior in a one time event
    3. The action should be “above and beyond” the expectations of the nominee’s job.  Both therapy and clinic personnel are eligible fo nomination.

  3. Ellen Johnson Excellence Award
    One award given each year, at the Spring ceremony.  Criteria for eligibility are:
    1. All staff other than Managers and Assistant Managers
    2. Persons nominated should display “excellent” behavior, going above and beyond their normal job duties on a consistent, daily basis.
    3. Behaviors and actions cited for nominee should specifically and clearly illustrate Credo behaviors and identify the ways that this person works in an “excellent way, every day”
    4. Clinic and support staff only (therapy staff, see below).

  1. Point of Light Award
    One award given each year, at the Spring ceremony.  Criteria for eligibility are:
    1. All staff other than Managers and Assistant Managers
    2. Demonstrates behaviors above and beyond what is expected
    3. Demonstrates volunteer work or service to others in the community
    4. Shows consistent excellence in patient care, peer relationships and in customer interactions
    5. For outpatient clinicians only (therapy, outreach, training room, fitness).
