    

Kevin Kahn, M.D.
Trauma Fellow from August 1, 2007 to July 31, 2008
Dr. Kahn received his undergraduate education at Princeton University. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Medicine. He performed his general surgery internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at Oregon Health SciencesUniversity. He also completed an A.O. Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship at University Hospital in Zurich, Switzerland. After serving five years in the U.S. Navy as head of the Musculoskeletal Department at Naval Hospital Sigonella in Sicily, Italy, he has decided to pursue a career in Orthopaedic Trauma. His special interests include pelvic and acetabular trauma. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, scuba diving, and weight training.
Kurtis Staples, M.D.
Trauma Fellow from August 1, 2007 to July 31, 2008
Dr. Staples received his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University. He is a graduate of Medical College of Wisconsin. He performed his general surgery internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at University of Michigan Hospitals. In addition to Orthopaedic Trauma, he has a special interest in periarticular fractures, as well as pelvic and acetabular fractures. He is married to Stacey and they have four daughters, Madeleine, Lauren, Elizabeth, and Grace. His outside interests include church, basketball, football, airplanes and aviation.
