Orthopaedic Trauma

Dr. Tressler joined the division of orthopaedic trauma in 2005.  Dr. Tressler is a graduate of Ohio University.  Performed his residency at a four hospital consortium in York, PA and Baltimore, MD.  In 2003, he was awarded the A.O. Basic Fracture Management Preceptorship.  Went on to complete a fellowship in orthopaedic trauma at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2006.  Recipient of the OTA's prestigious Kenneth Johnson Traveling Fellowship in 2006.  Traveled to the University of Washington/Harborview Medical Center to complete a Foot and Ankle Trauma/Post-traumatic Reconstruction fellowship at  in 2007.  Following his fellowship in Seattle, he rejoined the Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Institute.  

His practice focuses on acute polytrauma fracture management, lower extremity trauma, and post-traumatic reconstruction of the foot and ankle.    
 
He is married and has two children.  His interests are family activities, his faith, and baseball.
