The new Vanderbilt
Microarray Core Facility is open for business.
The core produces DNA microarrays for expression studies, provides
scanning equipment, analysis packages, and expertise.
Charles Alexander
has joined the Program in Human Genetics computing/bioinformatics
core as a consultant. He can help decipher the wide range of bioinformatics
tools, especially those aimed at DNA/RNA and protein analysis.
The Office
of Research has replaced the old Office of Biomedical Sciences
to provide better support infrastructure for the research enterprise.
