Preparation of high specific activity radioligands such as [18F] Fallypride, [18F] DT2B (Avid 133), [18F] FLT, [18F] FMIZO, [18F] Setoperone, [18F] FECENT, [18F] FPEB, [11C] Acetate, etc. for PET imaging of human, animal, and in vivo and in vitro studies.

Characterization of PET ligands for brain receptor studies.

Optimization of preparative HPLC for isolation and separation of PET radioisotopes.

Application and modification of novel techniques for radio ligand synthesis module. Along with hybridization of conventional and microwave synthesis.
