Assistant Manager

Kelly J. Floyd, MS, OTR/L - received her Master of Science degree in Occupation Therapy from the University of Indianapolis and has 13 years of experience as an occupational therapist. She began her career in the home health and nursing home settings and naturally moved to the acute care setting. Kelly is the Assistant Manager for Acute Care Rehabilitation Services. For 10 years she served VUMC as the primary Occupational Therapist on the Geriatric Service.  This naturally prompted a second area of clinical practice – rehabilitation for cancer patient populations.  Kelly was the facilitator for the Cancer Focus Team and skillfully led its growth over the past four years.   email
