Cory Hustad, PT, ATC, MBA is originally from Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1996, with a B.S. in physical therapy. He completed his Athletic Trainer Certification in 1999 while working at a sports medicine clinic. After three years in Wisconsin working in general orthopaedics and sports medicine, he moved to North Carolina. While there, he continued his work in orthopaedics and sports medicine. Cory completed his Masters in Business Administration in 2005, while continuing to work as a physical therapist. Cory headed west from North Carolina to Nashville in 2007, and soon joined the physical therapy team at Vanderbilt, with a focus on spine rehabilitation. The move to Nashville was prompted by his wife Peggy, an aspiring songwriter. Cory stays active working out in the gym, biking when able, and doing home repair. He and his wife can be found hiking around somewhere on the weekends.
