Karen
Lovell, MS, ATC graduated with a B.S. from
Mississippi University for Women in Health and Kinesiology. She then earned
a Master of Science degree in Sports Medicine from the United States Sports
Academy, and performed a Graduate internship with the Vanderbilt athletic training
room. Karen spent 5 years as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Austin Peay State
University where she was responsible for sport coverage and policy creation/implementation.
She worked directly with the Women's Basketball team which won 4 conference
championships in 5 years. Karen is now an athletic trainer with our high
school outreach program. email
